2. Processing & Delivery Times

Every VÉRA LUSTRE piece undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before it begins its journey to you.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3 business days for our artisans to meticulously inspect and pack your order.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • United States: 7–12 business days

    • Canada: 7–14 business days

    • Other Regions: 7–15 business days

Once your order has been handed over to our international carrier in Hong Kong, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package’s journey from our hub to your doorstep in real-time.
