Return Window

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Items are in their original, unused, and unworn condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original Vera Lustre packaging.

  • Non-Refundable Items: For hygiene and customization reasons, earrings and personalized/customized jewelry are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind, style preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error or a confirmed quality issue (e.g., damaged or defective items), Vera Lustre will cover all return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Quality is our heritage. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@veralustre.com with clear photos of the issue.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
